Northeast Kingdom RVHRA satellite office directions
DIRECTIONS TO THE EMORY HEBBARD STATE OFFICE BUILDING IN NEWPORT, VT:
Traveling up 91 North, take Exit 27. Take a LEFT into Newport (approx. 2 miles)
Will come to a four-way stop light. Go STRAIGHT.
Follow road to blinking light at the T. Turn LEFT onto the Causeway. You will see Wendy’s Restaurant, Brooks Pharmacy and RJ’s Friendly Market on the right.
Stay RIGHT across the bridge. STAY IN RIGHT HAND LANE.
You will see immediately on your right the brick NEKCA Building and then the STATE OFFICE BUILDING.
The meeting is in the State Office Building which is marked on the side by the “State Office Building”, “CCV”, and “Robinson & Associates”.
The meeting space is located on the second floor in the conference room named the Community Financial Services Group (CFSG). If you go through the main entrance on the side of the building, you will need to go up from the first floor to the second floor. On the 2nd level, you will go through a set of doors and take a right and there will be signs to CFSG. The conference room is straight ahead once you go through the CFSG door.
Folks should park in the parking area behind the NEKCA Building and it’s free. Parking right in front of the building is reserved for 30 minute parking.
DIRECTIONS TO NORTHEAST VERMONT REGIONAL HOSPITAL (NVRH):
FROM THE SOUTH:
Go north on Interstate 91 to Exit 22. Take Exit 22, turning right at the top of the ramp. Go through the traffic light at the bottom of the hill. Go straight climbing Hospital Drive. The hospital will be on your left with parking available to the right. (Alternatively you can take Rte. 5 into town, proceeding through St. Johnsbury). You will come to a Price Chopper grocery store to your left and a set of traffic lights where you turn right onto Hospital Drive. The hospital will be on your left with parking available to the right.
FROM THE NORTH:
Go south on Interstate 91 to Exit 22. Take Exit 22, turning left at the top of the ramp. Go through the traffic light at the bottom of the hill. Go straight climbing Hospital Drive. The hospital will be on your left with parking available to the right. (Alternatively you can take Rte. 5). Approaching from the north, you will come to an intersection with a Rite Aid Drug store and Price Chopper grocery store to your right and a gas station to your left. Turn left onto Hospital Drive. The hospital will be on your left with parking available to the right.
FROM THE WEST:
Take Route 2 to St. Johnsbury where you will pick up signs for Interstate 91. Take Interstate 91 north to Exit 22. Take Exit 22 turning right at the top of the ramp. Go through the traffic light at the bottom of the hill. Go straight climbing Hospital Drive. The hospital will be on your left with parking available to the right.
FROM THE EAST:
Approach St. Johnsbury via Interstate 93. At St. Johnsbury junction with Interstate 91, proceed north. Go north onto Interstate 91 to Exit 22. Take Exit 22, turning right at the top of the ramp. Go through the traffic light at the bottom of the hill. Go straight climbing Hospital Drive. The hospital will be on your left with parking available to the right.
Lebanon/White River Junction Area Meetings
Beginning October 7, 2005, our meetings will be held at the Mascoma Bank Operations Center in White River Junction.

From I-89 coming South take the exit to I-91 North. Stay in the right lane and get off I-91 immediately at exit 11, WHite River Junction. At the first set of lights, turn right on Sykes Ave. (McDonald's will be on the right). Go past the Comfort Inn and the main Post Office. The next right is Holiday Drive and you will see the bank building on the corner of Sykes Ave. and Holiday Dr. From I-89 coming North, take the WRJ exit to I-91 North. Proceed as above.
From I-91 traveling South take exit 11, White River Junction. Turn left on route five and proceed as above when you reach the lights.
From I-91 traveling North, simply take the WRJ exit (#11) and proceed as above at the lights.
To get into the building, you need to go to the parking lot side and enter through the second set of doors. The inside door is locked but a person will be there to let folks in and when we start the meeting we will leave a sign on the door in case we have late comers. They will be able to use the telephone to dial the meeting room extension.

From the East (Manchester/Concord Area)
Take 93 North to 89 North. Get off exit 9 for Warner, NH.
Take Rt. 103 West all the way through Newport into Claremont.
This becomes "Washington Street" the commercial street in town. You will go through eight sets of traffic lights and come to a flashing light at the top of a small incline near the fire station. Bear right as this is a rotary around a small park. Continue around the park and one block down on the right is the Main Office of CSB.
From the South/North
Take Interstate 91 to exit 8 in Ascutney, Vt.
Coming from the North, bear left off the exit ramp
From the South, bear right off the ramp.
At the intersection in the village, go straight. This takes you over the Connecticut River. Follow this road all the way into Claremont. The bank is approximately 5 miles from the interstate. You will be on lower Main Street as you come into town. Continue straight through one caution light and two sets of traffic lights till you come to a rotary in the middle of town. Bear right around the rotary and bear right on the 3rd leg off the rotary near City Hall. This takes you to Broad Street near the Park. CSB is one block down on the right.
Parking Please park in the row next to Glidden Street facing City Hall and the row immediately behind it.
Enter the Bank at the side of the building that faces City Hall.

Directions to the Student Conservation Center
From the South in NH: Route 12 through the town of Charlestown for approximately 5-6 miles. Take left onto Route 12A/River Road. Follow River Road for approximately 2 miles. SCA will be on the left (large red and white buildings).
From South in VT: Take 91N to Exit 7 Springfield/Charlestown. Take left at the end of ramp towards Charlestown/NH. Take immediate left onto Lover's Lane after the bridge. At Route 12 intersection, take left. Follow for approximately 4 to 5 miles. Take left onto Route 12A/River Road. Follow River Road for approximately 2 miles. SCA will be on the left (large red and white buildings).
From Claremont and surrounding areas: follow Route 11 through Claremont.
Route 11 will become Route 12 as you exit Claremont. After Dean Hill on the flats (across from the hang gliding site), take right onto Oxbrook Road. Follow Oxbrook to Stop sign. Take Right onto Route 12A. SCA will be first place on your left (large red and white buildings).
From Upper Valley: Take 91S to Exit 8 for Ascutney. Follow signs for Claremont and take right at 4-way intersection onto Route 12A. Follow 12A for approximately 7 to 8 miles. SCA will be on your right (down hill from Wakeman Industries/Merriam Graves).
